For a new self-service account, the first sign-in after email verification creates the workspace and opens plan selection.

Have an invitation?

Open the invitation link you received. It names the workspace. An account alone does not grant access to another workspace.

If the link was already used or has expired, ask the workspace Owner to send a new one.
