Product tour

The Monday morning list, and everything behind it.

ChurnRisk turns two years of your own history into a ranked answer to one question: which customers need attention this week, and why. This page shows every surface in the product, on labeled sample data, exactly as it renders. No mockups, no concept art.

Ranked by dollars

The Risk Board

One list, ranked by revenue at stake. Every row carries four separate readings: risk, dollars exposed, how confident we are, and the recommended next step.

Tiers like Watch and At Risk are a reading convenience. Click any row and the tier decomposes back into the four numbers that produced it, because a label you cannot take apart is a label you cannot trust.

Filter by segment, owner, or risk reason. Sort by what is at stake, not by who shouted last.

One page per account

Customer 360

The whole relationship on one page.

Ordering rhythm against their own baseline. Product families, with any that have gone quiet. Payment behaviour. Quotes and conversion. Every email thread we were allowed to read, every call logged, every past warning and what came of it.

It answers "what is going on with Henderson" in one scroll, without asking anyone to remember or re-enter anything.

Sample data. A single account timeline, on synthetic distributor data.

Evidence, and what changed

Every warning names its trigger.

Ordered every 3 weeks for 14 months. Nothing for 9 weeks. No seasonal pattern at this time of year.

Behind the sentence sits the source: the invoices, the reorder gap, or the exact email, quoted verbatim and linked.

If an extracted signal cannot produce a quote that matches its source, it is downgraded automatically rather than shown. We would rather tell you less than tell you something we cannot back.

Sample data. An evidence panel with the verbatim quote from the source thread.

Unresolved complaint, high severity

"We are still waiting on the credit for the short shipment. This is the second time I have had to ask."

What this is based on

  • Quoted verbatim from the connected thread, linked back to the source message
  • A signal that cannot produce a matching quote is downgraded, not shown

An evidence panel with the verbatim quote from the source thread.

Human approval

The Approval Center

One card per complete intent.

If the plan is "reply to the complaint, then schedule a check-in call, then log the outcome", you see all three steps before anything happens, and the button names everything it will do.

Steps run in order. If one fails, its dependents hold rather than firing blind.

Receipts are truthful. Nothing in ChurnRisk will ever claim a message was sent, a call was made, or a meeting was booked unless it actually happened.

Sample data. One intent, three steps, nothing sent.

Reply to the short shipment thread

Drafted for the rep, sent from their own mailbox, threaded into the existing conversation.

Schedule the check-in call

Held for the following Tuesday, with the preparation card attached.

Log the outcome

Written to the account record once the call has a disposition.

One intent, three steps, nothing sent.

In your voice

Email, SMS, and calling

Approved emails send from your own mailbox, in your voice, threaded into the existing conversation, so your customer sees a normal email from the person they know.

SMS is available where a real texting relationship exists, never cold.

Calls are placed by people. Click call, your phone rings first, then we bridge you to the customer, with a preparation card showing order history and open issues.

There is no AI voice anywhere in this product, and there never will be.

What we can see

Data quality and coverage

This is the page most products in this category do not have. We show it on purpose.

Coverage tells you what share of each customer we can actually see: which mailboxes are connected, which customers order through channels we cannot read, where identity mapping needs review, and how all of that caps our confidence.

A tool that scores what it cannot see is guessing. This page is how you always know the difference.

What came of it

Reporting

What was flagged, what was acted on, what happened next.

Outcomes carry honest attribution states: an account that recovered after an intervention is recorded as recovered, and whether ChurnRisk gets credit is a judgment you confirm, not a number we invent.

The model quality report shows how often warnings were right, on your data, updated as outcomes accumulate.

In your pocket

Works from a phone

The entire loop, triage, evidence, approve, is complete on mobile.

Owners run businesses from trucks and job sites, so a risk tool that needs a desk is a risk tool that gets checked on Fridays.

Connected systems

Integrations and API

The connector flows are built, with production access still gated by provider readiness.

QuickBooks can connect sandbox companies only while Intuit reviews production access. A real mailbox end-to-end connection is still being validated.

A tenant-scoped API, signed webhooks, and Salesforce sync are planned, so risk and actions land inside the systems your team already works in. Coming in Phase 12
