Your workspace opens after identity checks
The workspace sign-in asks for the work email and password used during registration. If the email address has not been verified, the screen explains how to request a new link.
A successful first sign-in creates the workspace, then sends an unsubscribed account to plan selection before any customer data can be connected.
Already subscribed? Sign-in returns you to the application. A missing or expired session does not erase the workspace, billing record, or previously imported evidence.
